Welp, I did get a lot accomplished this weekend, sort of. Tim helped me take his old shop fridge to my office at work, ran some errands..bought groceries...laundry, more laundry, dishes, still to do: clean the floors, tidy up my room, and there is always, laundry. Tim is working tonight.. just like last night. 8pm-4am. Church in the morning... I have a meeting..so I've got to go in early.
Down to the nitty gritty.. I did walk the dogs today, and rode my bike.. so I did get some kind of exercise. Don't forget about that little bit of housework.. I coulda been sittin on my hiney drinking a wine cooler..
HA HA!!! Just kidding.. I just heard all the "gasps" from all my church family..hehheeee..
No dinner for me tonight.. heard your biggest meal should be in the morning.. I'm gonna try that this week. I get up at 5am to take Austin to seminary.. So I think I'll start preparing a little breakfast.. eggs.. what not. ..light lunch, like always, snacks in between,.(under 100 cal.) then maybe a slim fast shake or something for supper?? Can't hurt to give it a try. Will be shootin' for going to the gym right after work. .. most days this week. Won't be postin' tomorrow.. church and stuff.. nothin' too exciting anyway.. check back Monday.. I will be a crazy woman as it is the last week of finals.. all those lovely last minute shoppers needing to take their final, and think that they will be able to make arrangements...HA!!! oh boy. I think I'm gonna need some caffeine to survive.. :o)

with yan's schedule being upside down, we're doing just that. We have a normal breakfast, make lunch the big meal of the day and then for dinner we have sandwiches and veggies and fruit. It is working really well for us!
